Those moments in life that made you feel afraid, made you cry, made you feel like a failure — they told your nervous system that's what was unsafe. So your brain stored those memories and created a response to protect you from ever feeling that way again.

That's just who I am. I'm blunt. I'm aggressive. I'm just broken.

We cover the Self-Leadership Model — where your patterns came from, how they were created to keep you safe, and why they've kept you stuck despite everything you've achieved. For the first time, you understand yourself at a level most people never do. Hell yeah!
Afternoon
The work
This is where you learn to regulate your nervous system and start unravelling the self protection patterns that have been making your decisions. You shift from your brain making decisions from fear and self protection — to you making them from a calm, clear, regulated place. This is where things actually change.

You leave with a daily practice you start that night and a clear understanding of what comes next. The day ends. The work doesn't.

ABOUT LACHIE
I didn't figure this out in a classroom.
At my peak I was earning $50k a month. I had the identity, the business, the life. And I was using food and alcohol to keep going, because underneath all of it, something didn't feel right.
Then I had two strokes. Lost my memory. Lost my speech. Woke up in hospital and couldn't remember my wifes name.
Rebuilding from nothing is where I found the work that changed everything.
I stopped chasing the next win, hoping it would finally make me feel proud, and understood why nothing ever did.
